Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to bulk order quotes, unless a resale certificate is supplied. The submission of a resale certificate does not grantee that sales tax will be subtracted from the order price. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Shipping
The cost of shipping will be included in the quote. Large orders may arrive in multiple shipments from many different distributions centers. An estimated date of arrival will be provided once your payment is secured.
Please provide an accurate address and contact information in order to ensure a successful delivery. This includes any special instructions that delivery couriers will need to find your location or access your building.
